As each piece is custom-made, this item is non-returnable and non-exchangeable for change of mind. We'll gladly replace it if it arrives damaged or significantly different from what was ordered.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your KOZY piece — but if something arrives damaged or defective, we've got you covered.
Returns are accepted only in cases of damaged or defective items.
Important: Please record a clear, unedited unboxing video from the moment you open the package. This video is required to process any damage or defect claim — without it, we won't be able to accept the return.
