Shipping & Delivery
All Rug Cult × Kozy rugs are made to order — we don't hold pre-made stock, so nothing gets shipped until your specific rug has been hand-tufted.
- Production time: 18–24 days (your rug is hand-tufted by our artisan partners from the day your order is confirmed)
- Shipping time: 3–7 days, depending on your location
- Total estimated delivery: 21–28 days (3 to 4 weeks) from order to your doorstep
Why it takes this long: Every rug is handcrafted by skilled artisans, one at a time, only after an order is placed — there's no factory batch or ready stock to pull from. This is what makes each piece unique (expect small natural variations in texture and finish), but it also means production genuinely can't be rushed.
You'll get tracking details via email/WhatsApp once your rug ships. Because each piece is custom-made for you, it isn't eligible for return or exchange for change of mind — but we'll replace it if it arrives damaged or significantly different from what you ordered.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your KOZY piece — but if something arrives damaged or defective, we've got you covered.
Returns are accepted only in cases of damaged or defective items.
Important: Please record a clear, unedited unboxing video from the moment you open the package. This video is required to process any damage or defect claim — without it, we won't be able to accept the return.
